Requirements for streamer account

When I try to register this account as a streamer I get a message that this not yet allowed. I'd like to know what is needed to get this.

This account is intended to broadcast games from tournaments played in our chess club and to stream live commentary, so it will not play a lot of games.

Your account needs to be at least 2 days old (yours is), with at least 15 games played (so you need 4 more) in order to be able to apply.
