I lost a correspondence game to a cheater. I haven't finished any games in the meantime, yet I didn't get a rating refund. The FAQ states that only games from the past three days count for rating refunds. Does that mean that I didn't get a rating refund because the game was started a week ago?
If so, I am wondering if this makes sense, as most correspondence games take longer than three days.
