How many links per day can i post in the forum?

I can link to lichess sites, but not to youtube, is that normal, only posted a few external links yesterday.
I get this message:
You have reached the maximum amount of links per day, which you can post to the forum
If i try to create a new topic in my team forum.
By the way my last two created topics in the lichess forum was deleted by someone, Am i bannded to post links now?

No, you arent banned from posting links. That is to stop excessive advertising, presumably. (And; in this case, it helped with misinformation, probably.)
