how to play aginst stockfish of lower level that tells you if your move was a good one?

In "tools" option here you can play aginst stockfish 14 and after you play a move it will tell you how good/bad it was.

How do I have that same option if I want to play aginst stockfish level 4 for example? Here or on some other site/program.
Does someone know of a site or a program that allows that option?

Also I am not getting notifications that someone posted in my topic, how to fix that?
You could try LucasChessR, you may download it from sourceforge. It's a bit hefty at almost 300 MB, but it has the option to play against many engines, including stockfish. It has a tutor mode, which will alert you when you make a bad move and propose a better one. Not sure if that's exactly what you need...

That is malware. I tried arena ( not sure if that one is safe ) but it does not seem to have that option.

I found the solution. Whenn you play on chess com against engine you acctualy get that info immediately.

Problem is you have to pay for the game analysis.

What makes you think it is malware?

I really doubt it is.
See for example portableapps.com/apps/games/lucas-chess-portable where it is offered as a portable app.
Why would portableapps offer malware? To lose their credibility?

By the way, Arena is also safe, but it is a graphical user interface only, you have to install engines separately.
