@PixelatedParcel I meant to ask why is it that anyone can just 'borrow' it at any given time?

It says now that someone else has 'borrowed the book'. If it's an online copy why is there like a wait list?

@V2chess It's the same principle as any old library. They only have rights to x amount of books. All virtual libraries work that way, to my knowledge.
