To question a temp. ban for creating games.

I just got at temporary ban of 43 minutes for quitting too many games just in the beginning.

I do this ONLY when i play black and the white player doesn't move.

I noticed, that when the game starts they almost always either move right away or never - and then you need to wait a while for the computer to figure out nothing is going to happen in this game and close it down.

I propose you change the settings so you only get the temp ban if you quit games in the beginning while playing white and without making a move. This would seem abusive to me.

I find it unfair that I get a ban because some other guy creates a game and then leaves the website, and then I get punished for leaving a game with no opponent.

I can resign intstead I guess but it seems against the spirit of the thing to give a lot on won games to people who create games and then leave the website.
Wait 15 seconds before aborting. It's totally possible for someone to think 15 seconds about their first move, especially since the timer only starts after both players have made their first move.
The timers brings up an interesting idea. The way chess.com does it where the clocks start immediately when a game is paired can be irksome at times, but end up getting paired like 1% as often with people who just sit there as I regularly face in lichess especially now that everybody waits 15 seconds before aborting.
I don't really think it would matter. If people just want to sit behind their computer screen, not making a move at all, why would a timer encourage them to make a move?
