Draw bug in horde

Why is this a draw? It's black's move, so there is no stalemate. Seems like a bug to be fixed.

Oddly, the draw is indicated to be due to "insufficient material" which doesn't make any sense here.
Ah, yeah "mate in 1" versus stalemate etc. can be tricky to determine as the code is maturing a bit. (I'd only bothered to try to implement the simplest possible tests.)
In both cases, white is "stalemated", but it's black to move. Logically, humans would verify which side is to move. I read the verification described in the pull link and I don't quite understand how it fixes the other example. Nice bug though.
