General rules: If you are chosen as team leader then you must not kick anyone out of the team! Who was kicked out, please write me privately who it could be and I would write it to the person about their problem. But: If the person continues to kick people out for no reason, I'll consider whether I'll kick them out or they won't be a team leader anymore!
The chat is open so everyone can write something, but nobody insults anyone! The person who was offended writes me privately and I will write to the person who did it. But: If she/he keeps on doing this, I'll throw her/him out of the team! -
