Thankfully lichess.info domain has two IP addresses. Its hosting provider probably uses DNS balancing. When on client side domain's name randomly gets resolved to the second addr. (116.201) then it's accessible, otherwise not.
So, besides VPN, TOR, proxy etc, one could just statically bind lichess.info to the second (yet unblocked for today) IP in their 'hosts' file. Until RosComNadzor hasn't blocked that on too. So this might be not everyone's cup of tea... But then again 'Crimea is our', of course.
