Highest rating info of a player when mouse over nickname

It's a detail but it may be useful, especially when the game starts. If my opponent has a rating of 1800 and a highest rating of 2200, I'll be a little bit more careful than if his highest rating is 1850, because in the first case his current rating may not reflect his real strenght.

It sure would be nice to know the "Higuest" rating of your opponents.
i agree. especially players with big swings.
If someone doesnt know the Ferrari for example, and it shows a current Rating of ~2200, it would be useful to see that his peak was like 2750.
I actually wish we did away with the mouseovers on the ratings completely (not the initial popup, the mouseovers ON the popup). They're representative of the 'hover and cover' anti-pattern in theory, because the mouseover covers up elements below it.

As for highest rating, we'd have to take a stable rating (<110 RD). Unstable ratings are more or less irrelevant. We do not have rolling information for when rating is stable in the database, only the absolute amount of points. So it could only be possible after a certain date, if implemented. More worryingly, it's likely going to be several hundreds of megabytes that may have to be loaded into memory. But I'll leave the technical stuff to the devs.
