Squares disappearing

I'm not sure if it is my chrome, but for the last say, 40 minutes my squares have all been replaced by a solid grey background. Pieces are still displayed, but the lack of squares has made it a little more confusing to play and is quite annoying/ugly.

Any help would be appreciated, ta

Note, even the chess CAPTCHA is suffering from the problem.

Update: changed my board theme and it is now visible, however the original lichess theme doesn't seem to work! Hopefully it is sorted soon.

Try with modern browser such as Firefox or Chrome.
