First of all, you didn't post the match time on the forum, so you have to schedule your match again.
Second, next time if you have posted the match time on the forum and your opponent isn't online, you can claim a win (else you can try to reschedule) by posting screenshots of the conversation which shows that the time you said was agreed by both sides.
